Under his leadership many people have been helped, developed and activated through the international organization:  “Global Leadership Network Ministries.” This apostolic educational development organization targets the church community, market place, and centers of higher academics. 

Participants have received mentoring, partnering and through travel adventures sons and daughters have been discovering their purpose, design, and function in the community.  Hands on venues, writing, and speaking are the avenues of choice for developing leaders of all ages.
